We rent our holiday home BY THE SEA, QUIET and SPACIOUS (160m2), VERY SUNNY (south-east and south-west exposure) with an ENCLOSED GARDEN (850m2), RENOVATE COMPLETELY, ideally located TO DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT OR A BIKE (cycle paths, bus line), in a very calm environment, 150m FROM THE BEACH OF ST SORDELIN and 900m from CASINO DE PONTAILLAC, 500m FROM SHOPS (bakery, grocery store, press, oyster merchant, restaurants) ; daily summer market, customs trails, 10 minutes from Thalassotherapy and tennis club, golf, Palmyre zoo, etc.
The house is very pleasant for holidays with friends and can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal also for 2 families with children.
You can enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people (hot, bubbling and hydromassage bath, intended for well-being and relaxation).
