802 Tennismaster is new to the vacation rental market for summer 2024! With thoughtful updates throughout and picturesque golf course views, this 3BR/3.5BA townhome will be your low country dream vacation spot!
The open concept floor plan of the main level features coastal decor, a Smart TV and access to the screened in porch over looking the golf course. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances, soft-close drawers and all you'll need to cook a meal for your guests!
The first queen bedroom is located on the main level. This spacious room has a Smart TV, access to a private patio overlooking the golf course and a fully renovated en-suite with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Both remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd level. One bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private balcony over looking the Tennismaster complex. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The remaining bedroom has a king bed and a day bed, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the golf course.
The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard Plantation with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the plantation trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
