It has spectacular views of the old Bergerac medieval city directly across the river and stands close to the historic bridge connecting the south bank of the Dordogne to the old town. The house comprises three double bedrooms (master with en-suite, toilet and dressing room). A second bathroom, toilet services the other two bedrooms. The large salon overlooks the river and the modern kitchen and dining area has access to a large patio with BBQ.
