Positive: The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It's a relatively new remodel but they kept the stained glass windows in the bedroom, which was a nice touch. The view was unbeatable, being right on the water. The unit has everything you need for a short term stay, and the staff was very responsive.

Negative: Being right on the Strand, you are right on a busy thoroughfare. There are constantly curious people looking into the rental and cars with loud music going past. Use common sense late at night and in the early morning, when more "colorful" people are out and about. Parking on top of the hill is not as convenient, but it wasn't an issue finding parking.
