The Villa is perfect for two families with one side of the house 2 bedrooms and the other two bedrooms. The 4 are en-suite. The living room (kitchen, dining room, living room) of over 100m2 opens on one side on the heated 10x4m pool and garden, the other on a large patio.
The house also has a large playroom (30m2) with mezzanine, for the joy of your children.
It is a house that we like a lot and where we feel at peace, the children are happy and spend their day outside in the patio, the garden, the pool or the large driveway. They love the game room.
On foot we can do the shopping, and we don't use the car much. The house is in the calm of the summer tumult and we are a few minutes from the villages of La Flotte and Saint Martin.
