Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Spacious room with all modern fittings. Comfortable bed, clean, modern bathroom with large shower. Welcoming host, who takes time to meet you on arrival and talk to you. This House is on a small island off the main bridge in Amboise. An enchanting little mini village with great walls and access to the river if you are so inclined. It was about a 10min walk from the station for us. You have access to a common kitchen with a nice coffee machine and pods, tea etc is supplied. We had a great stay here.

Negative: Not so much a dislike, but a warning about the confined stairway. A bit hard to navigate with large bags, or some immobility issues. Was fine for us though
