Villa Montaperti, an old farmhouse from 1800 recently renovated, is located at the top of a hill, in a quiet position, and is surrounded by rolling green hills, olive groves and vineyards, offering gorgeous panoramic views over the countryside. Within a short driving distance away you can reach the renowned historical centres of Siena, Florence, Pienza, Cortona, Perugia or Assisi.
The villa is composed of a main house and an annex.
The main house develops over two levels and on the ground floor we find a large living area with kitchen and fireplace, a double bedroom with additional single bed and with en-suite bathroom with shower and another separate bathroom with toilet and sink plus a laundry room.
On the first floor, accessed via two different internal stairs, we have three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower, three bedrooms with two single beds each and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The annex develops on one level and it consists of a triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The outside area is perfect for families with children: it offers a beautiful large garden with lots of green space, private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.3 – 1.8m deep; open from April 27 to October 5; for pool open outside these dates, please enquire), a football field, volleyball and basketball areas, table tennis and foosball table. At the front of the house there is a beautiful terrace equipped with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy an incomparable view of the Val di Chiana, from Lake Trasimeno to the Amiata and Cetona mountains and on clearer days the view will even allow you to see the Umbria-Marche Apennines.
