This wonderful 2015 townhome known as the South Alberta Retreat is bright and comfortable. The main floor opens onto deck with a few steps down to the garden. Located on a quiet residential street in Northeast Portland, it is an easy walk to neighborhood parks, restaurants and shops. Downtown Portland is a short drive or bike ride away. You will find countless upgrades and enhancements throughout. We think you will find the décor and furnishing throughout to be comfortable while at the same time embodying a fun and eclectic Portland vibe.
The friendly and quiet neighborhood enjoys easy access to all the conveniences of city life. It is a short walk to Alberta street (the "Alberta Arts" district), a few blocks from a beautiful city park (Irving Park), local pubs, coffee houses and grocery stores. Portland is a city made up of smaller neighborhoods, each with their own flavor and known by their main street. The townhome is walking distance to the Alberta, Williams & Mississippi neighborhoods. The house is "close in" -- meaning near the river-- so it's easy to get to other (west, downtown) side of the river by foot, bike, bus or car.
